Nick is an Advanced PGA Qualified Professional with extensive expertise in golf coaching, club operations, and Resort management. Before stepping into his current role as Resort General Manager, Nick served as Director of Golf at Machynys for five years, where he played a pivotal role in elevating the club’s reputation for excellence.

Since joining the team of PGA Professionals in 2014, Nick has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional guest and member experiences. As Resort General Manager, he ensures that the highest operational standards are upheld across all areas of the resort, fostering satisfaction and loyalty among members and visitors alike.

Nick holds dual accreditation as a PGA Manager & Professional through The Professional Golfers’ Association and is an active member of the Club Managers Association of Europe. Beyond his professional achievements, Nick also serves as President of the Dyfed Golfing Union, showcasing his dedication to golf in the region.

Tim is a PGA Level III coach with 25 years’ experience as a teaching professional. He joined the PGA after graduating from Swansea University where he received a golf scholarship and a degree in English Literature.

Using a variety of coaching techniques from swing building to skill acquisition, implicit learning coupled with an innate understanding of the fundamentals, and a unique grading and testing system; Tim aims to help every player reach their true potential.

Sessions with Tim have a strong focus on goal setting, creating a development pathways and providing innovative practice methods to inspire his pupils to train smarter. These concepts help the player build absolute trust in their psychological and physical capabilities.

During his career Tim has inspired 1000’s of golfers to take their participation to performance at the various academies he has set up, his coaching principles can be found in his book ‘How to coach golf to kids & other humans’ which will be released in 2025.

Josh is our dedicated Assistant PGA Professional, currently completing the final year of his PGA degree. With a deep passion for coaching and a commitment to growing the game of golf, Josh excels in helping players of all skill levels reach their potential. His enthusiasm and expertise make him an integral part of our team.
