Physiotherapy
Resmi became a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2015 Providing targeted physical therapy to address musculoskeletal issues, injuries and rehabilitation needs. This may involve specific exercises, manual therapy and other techniques designed to improve mobility, reduce pain and enhance the overall function of the body.

Acupuncture
As well as being a Chartered physio, Resmi is also a Registered Acupuncturist, using  traditional Chinese acupuncture techniques to stimulate specific points on the body. Acupuncture can alleviate pain, improve circulation and promote overall well-being. Overall, Resmi’s 18 years of experience in acupuncture ensures a skilful and knowledgeable approach to this ancient healing practice.

Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture
This specialised form of acupuncture focuses on promoting skin health and aesthetics. By targeting specific points on the face, facial cosmetic acupuncture aims to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and promote a youthful complexion. This is a holistic approach to skincare that complements traditional facial treatments.

Shockwave Therapy
